Bowtie Pasta with Beef Tips

Ingredients
8  ounce  Cooked bowtie pasta  
4  ounce  Sirloin cubed  
2  ounce  sliced mushrooms  
2  tablespoon  Garlic sliced  
0.25  cup  red wine  
1  cup  roasted red peppers diced large  
0.5  cup  chicken stock  
2  tablespoon  olive oil  
2  tablespoon  parmesan cheese, shredded  
1  bunch  chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, marjoram  
1  pinch  Salt and pepper to taste  

Directions

1. Place the Copper Chef pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil 2. Sear the sirloin until brown on all sides, then add in the garlic, onions, peppers, and mushrooms, toss and cook for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add red wine and deglaze the pan, reduce wine by half. Then add in chicken and bring to a boil. 4. Now that the sauce is boiling add in the pasta, toss to reheat the pasta. Add in the Parmesan cheese toss or stir. 5. Serve. Garnish with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese.
